MY TAKE

They’re clearly doing excellent work — the foundation is there.

But they’re leaving a lot of compounding growth on the table by not leveraging Google reviews consistently or automating follow-up and referrals. A few smart systems could dramatically boost close rates and revenue — without needing more traffic.
